Coding methods include code division multiple access (CDMA), time division multiple access (TDMA), and frequency division multiple access (FDMA). CDMA and TDMA are the most commonly used multiple access methods in modern digital cellular telephony. The advantages of CDMA over TDMA are that it does not have a hand-off latency, is orthogonal and as a result more efficient than TDMA, and has a larger potential output power. CDMA can be implemented by a wide variety of hardware and software techniques.
In one real-world application, real-world performance under different interference scenarios for some typical cells. Conditions are the same except that different interference ratios in the cell are used. Results show that, under a given interference ratio, the overall MAE of CDMA system is smaller than TDMA at 20dB and 30dB interferences, while overall MAE of CDMA system only exceeds TDMA at 30dB to 40dB interferences.
The data also indicates that at five spectrum licenses, there will be greater than 125 million CDMA subscribers and 65 million GSM subscribers. The W-CDMA/HSPA subscribers are mainly in Western Europe and Asia Pacific, while the CDG puts 54.2% of EV-DO subscribers in North America and 39.2% in Asia Pacific. Real threat threats of radio electromagnetic interference are unavoidable when large numbers of electronic devices are operating in the same area. 7211a4ac4a
